SPECIAL TALK ON LAW OF EVIDENCE

Faculty of Syariah and Law (FSU) has successfully organized special talk for law of evidence subject. The selected topic for the special talk is on “Examination process of a witness”. The special talk has been organized in the faculty and was attended mostly by law degree program students. The talk was delivered by Mr. Ramesh N. Puranachandran, Advocate and Solicitor from Ramesh, Yum & Co, Kuala Lumpur. Students have been exposed with the practical aspect and the important techniques on examination-in-chief, cross-examination and re-examination process of a witness. Examination process of a witness is the most important aspect under law of evidence as it can determine whether or not the witness speak the truth.
